First we need to open the Camera Raw Filter. Go to the top menu and navigate to Filter > Camera Raw Filter. This will open a new window with different adjustment options.

Now, within the Camera Raw filter window, you’ll find the Detail tab on the right-hand side. Click on this, and you’ll see options for Noise Reduction and Color Noise Reduction.
