Big Basket — UX audit and suggestion on improvement

Backstory

After my UX audit for Noon Noon, I thought of doing an audit for an app that I have used as an end-to-end user. So, I picked BB and worked on it around Diwali (the last week of October 2024).

I am really happy to find that BB has recently solved the very same problem .🙂‍↕️

Why I choose this flow for audit

In the process of my research for revenue report of BB and their upcoming plans — I could find that 👉 “BigBasket is making a strategic shift to focus exclusively on the quick commerce market.

Becuause of the insight I decided to look through the flow related to their current quick commerce (at the time of my research), to find what could possibly be improved as one of their next step.
