The influence of hormones on our daily life is never more evident than in the business world.
There are 5 ways to balance the hormonal system below, and you will find that each one could help you make better decisions at work.They will help you stay focused and confident in the decisions you make.

1.Regular Exercises
Your hormones will go out of balance if you stop exercising. Your body is not synthesizing any energy at all, and your body will begin to build up fat that will change your hormone levels.
There are many types of physical activity, including boxing, running, cycling. They all will help you to boost your energy levels and also may help boost levels of muscle-maintaining hormones that decline with age, such as testosterone, IGF-1, DHEA and growth hormone.

People who are in good shape have much more balanced bodies, and you will be shocked at how good you feel after working out. You will make be calmer and make better decisions at work. Also, many world famous businessman tend to work out before going to the office.

2.Meditation
Your hormonal system will rage out of control if you have no outlet for your feelings. You should try to meditate every day.

Here are 3 reasons to do it oftener:

– Meditation releases those “feel good” hormones like serotonin and oxytocin. Serotonin is responsible for maintaining mood balance and is commonly used in many of the antidepressants available. But our bodies actually manufacture this hormone on their own when we meditate.

– Meditation improves focus and concentration by increasing dopamine. Dopamine is a hormone that helps control the brain’s reward and pleasure centers. It acts like an information filter that can help our brains get ready for peak performance.

– Meditation keeps cortisol and adrenaline in norm. Cortisol, a major age-accelerating hormone, is the one chemical where less is better. When we are stressed, our bodies produce cortisol and adrenaline in abundance. This is normal, a natural product of our evolution.But when you meditate, you lower cortisol and adrenaline levels in your body and normalize your blood pressure and your heart rate.

3.Eat Enough Protein with Meal
You must have optimal protein diet if you plan to balance your hormones. You cannot have a good day at work if you are not eating well, and you will find that you have no energy. Your hormonal system will fall out of balance because you are not getting enough proteins, nutrients and minerals.
Current dietary recommendations for protein are focused on total daily intake of 0.8 g/kg body weight, but new research show that optimal amount of protein per meal should be at least 20–30 grams to keep your hormonal system in balance.

Also, research has shown that eating protein decreases levels of the “hunger hormone” ghrelin and stimulates the production of hormones that help you feel full, including PYY and GLP-1.

4.Testosterone Therapy
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can help restore some affected functions of low testosterone. Without a sufficient amount of testosterone, men quickly become tired and work capacity decreases. You might have noticed that you are always tired, or you might have gained a few extra pound.
Testosterone will change your body completely, and you will get back into balance quickly. However, it’s better to pass through full testosterone therapy because that is the only way for you to age gracefully while dealing with daily stress and anxiety.

5.Better sleep
No matter how you train or how perfect your diet is, your health will suffer if you don’t get enough sleep. Your body can regulate itself if you sleep well, but there are many people in business who simply do not sleep well. Sometimes they work so hard that they do not even have enough time to sleep, and these actions cause irrecoverable damage to their bodies and brain, not knowing about it. To avoid undesirable consequences, it is recommended to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. To maintain optimal hormonal balance try to sleep at least 7 hours per night.
